First thing in the morning I attempted to phone Peter at Kay & Burton again since he didn’t call back on , the receptionist won’t take a message but gives me his mobile number. I then called Peter, he will call me back.
At approximately 2 pm Peter calls back; “Damian” has the garage remote control and will be bringing it from Campbellfield to Kay & Burton and I should be able to pick it up , but to call first. I’m told to call Damian directly 0419-###-### if it’s not available.
Then at 4 pm, a phone call from the locksmiths telling me that they won’t bring the new remote control over in time and that I can pick it up on from Campbellfield or Boxhill or somewhere. I tell them that it is now been 2 weeks, I was told it would be available from the real-estate office and that I CAN’T pick it up since I can’t get into my garage to get my motorbike out! The woman I’m speaking to gets offended and says “ok, it’ll be at the office late Monday, you can pick it up then” and then hangs up on me.
