Got to work, went to turn right to get to the bike parking up by the doors of the building but there’s a car driven up the footpath, yet again, blocking the entrance rather than use the loading bay further down. Turn wider to go around his left and he shoots BACKWARDS out along the footpath and onto the crossing. I yell and jump, he stops. He starts screaming out the window that “I’m a very good driver, you watch it” while I’m trying to ask WTF he’s doing driving on the footpath
