Weather forecast was for a high of 14°C, a sunny morning & an increasingly wet afternoon. Early lunch and straight out for today’s ride, getting home as the temperature dropped and just as the rain started to fall.
Off down south, the gravel road past the golf course, a lap of the lake, a detour just a little too far south around the Heatherton tracks and home up through Bald Hill reserve & Namitjira reserve then back through Clayton, Huntingdale & Oakleigh. Amazingly, the soccer club seemed to be having a training day with dozens of families on the pitch, balls everywhere, people standing around chatting while teams did drills and training. Some parts of Melbourne do lockdown differently to others
