A minor detour around campus to meet the bike security stamping people who would be there from 3-6… except they’d got too cold and packed up and were leaving at 4.30, can’t say I blame them!
Off up through campus, onto the bike path and up alongside Gardiners road. DO NOT DRIVE INTO ME! IT IS TOO BLOODY COLD TO BE KNOCKED OFF AND LIE DOWN ON THE ROAD. FFS, sick of the way drivers here ignore the give way signs.
Home along Scotchmans Creek path, it started to rain as I neared the tunnel, was tempted to imitate Henry and ride in and refuse to come back out. Cold and damp in there so I kept going. Around to Oakleigh, up and over the hill, swerve to avoid being clipped by the taxi driver to whom a metre does not matter, then through the shops and home
