Not too far, an enjoyable two hours out on a contrasting mix of bike trails and highway. Scotchmans Creek trail to start, Gardiners Creek trail and Djerring trail to finish, and the Burwood highway in between – with lots of high-speed close passing traffic, that minimum passing law isn’t known about, isn’t observed, and isn’t enforced, but it keeps the cycling lobby groups happy and makes them think they’ve done something useful
