Cool weather has arrived and the commute felt like autumn, clear blue skies and a cold breeze, lorikeets screeching an magpies warbling in the trees. The usual route to work, down to Clayton then up the hill to Monash Uni. Mostly free of hazardous behaviour by others on the paths and roads, only one little dance around some oncoming pedestrians who come from Walkontherightistan and decided to leap from the middle of the footpath directly into my path when I rang my bell and made them look up from their phones
