Somewhere a bit different for a weekend afternoon outing, not too far or too long as I’m exhausted after a few hours of furniture shopping. Down to Karkarook lake and a lap around, then follow the – very overgrown – bike path alongside the Dingely Bypass until I could make my way up into Springvale. Why Springvale? Excellent tasty Vietnamese Iced Coffee, I had a hankering! Along the way a minor detour and exploration of a park in Clarinda – it had promise, but didn’t extend far enough for the trails through it to really go anywhere
