Out for an afternoon ride after the rain cleared away. Steep back streets and “shortcuts " of dubious benefit
I’ve been up some of these streets in the past, there are more houses now, some of them absolutely huge. Dirt tracks that lead off in a few places are now blocked off, either fenced or by signs claiming “Private Property” or “No Access” – not sure how legitimate these really are. I rode along one firetrail, came out almost at the Allenvale road, if I had more time or enthusiasm I’d have explored further uphill where one of the map apps seemed to indicate another track existed
