Still no action on the Atkinson Street bike lane, I do have an email from Monash council stating that the “30th of November” finish time means “before Christmas, due to unforseen delays” and that the “Cyclists Dismount” sign on the signposted “Cycling Detour” was “not our intention” (but won’t be removed)
